Data Retention

MachDB retains diagnostic and support information only as long as necessary to resolve the reported issue or as required to comply with applicable law. Support communications are retained for a reasonable period to allow for follow-up, after which they are deleted.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information you share with us from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy
